DISCLAIMER

When using 1500 lb hoists, the maximum outreach must never exceed 3.5 feet on a standard beam configuration and 5 ft when using a Cable Truss.

Under no circumstances should the outreach-to-backspan ratio be less than 1.5 to 1.

The safe use and installation of outrigger beams are critical to ensuring the safety of personnel and the structure's integrity. It is the user's responsibility to confirm that the outreach and load capacity of any outrigger beam do not exceed the manufacturer's specified capabilities. All installations must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s manual or application drawings, which outline all approved configurations. Any deviation from these guidelines may compromise safety and performance.

Outrigger beams must be installed by, or under the direct supervision of, a trained and competent person. Unauthorized modifications or usage of the beams in ways not intended by the manufacturer are strictly prohibited.

WARNING: Failure to properly install and use outrigger beams in accordance with these guidelines may result in serious injury or death.
