The Philadelphian Suspended Scaffold & Canopy

This is a giant job at The Philadelphian, a luxury condominium building located (2401 Pennsylvania Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19130) just off the Benjamin Franklin Parkway directly across from the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Superior Scaffold provided restoration crews, from Joseph Dugan, with swing stages (suspended scaffold) necessary to get them all over the exterior of the building.  They were doing masonry repair, metal cleaning, balcony repair, and railing revitalization.

Those of you who know me (KT, GB, PM) all know what a jib-jabber I can be but I really think today I’m just going to let the pictures do the talking.

Oh… and we also installed a system scaffold, overhead protection (canopy) around most of the building.

It’s a great looking job and we are proud to help provide access to the exterior of this building.
